All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After processing, your order will be shipped using our selected shipping partners.

Please note:

Processing time is separate from shipping time

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and local carriers.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. A standard shipping rate of $5.99 applies to most orders.

The exact shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.


5. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos or video evidence

We will review your case and provide a resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any additional fees


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
